全球領先的高精度清洗設備和服務提供商Zestron日前宣布，將在馬拉西亞開設全球第四座技術分析中心。 Modeled after the three existing Technical and Analytical Centers in the US, Europe and China and equipped with the latest spray-in-air (inline and batch) and ultrasonic cleaning machines from leading manufacturers, the new center serves South East Asia with the same capabilities. Supported by ZESTRONs highly qualified staff of process and application technology engineers, customers now have the opportunity to conduct free-of-charge cleaning trials and compatibility tests locally. They may test their applicable substrates (PCB, stencils, solder pallets, etc.) to find the most suitable cleaning process. In order to ensure that the customers cleanliness requirements are met, the results of the cleaning trials are analyzed immediately and according to international standards (IPC610, J-STD-001D, etc.) in ZESTRONs Analytical Center. Upon completion, ZESTRONs local Application Technology Manager will provide a detailed written technical report outlining ZESTRONs cleaning process recommendations.
